BLOS began in the backyard of our founder's home in Summer of '21 with just 12 women looking for guidance and support in their business. Within a year this thriving organization had grown to over 700 women and still with lots of growth potential. It quickly became time to make it an official, viable business; in December 2022 that all happened, plus so more, including a three tier membership structure, plans to add chapters throughout WA state, 1-2 monthly events, a upcoming cancun retreat...the list could and will go on and on!
NOW the energy is bigger, better, and leading the way in northern Washington. We are moving at train speed just in the last few months, with incredible opportunities and a growing platform for our members. It's time to either jump on the train or stand back and watch...but let us be the first to say, the ride is so much more fun! Jump on, there's room, sis!

<a portion of all ticket sales will go to the Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish, InspireHER program. InspireHER
provides opportunities for young girls (boys, too) to be exposed to different professions that women in our community have. which, we as women in business know the possibilities are endless and it is our job to SHOW our youth, particularly girls, that they can do anything, be anything; there are limitless options and adult support along the way. As InpsireHER motto states, "you can't be what you can't see".
