Q) Do you offer a payment plan?
​
A) Girl, of course we do! BUT ONLY FOR THE VIP EXPERIENCE TICKET.
We want you there and we know that investing in yourself can be a hard step. When checking out be sure to check out all the different ticket prices. Please note: You will be charged the down payment up front and will be charged the remaining portion via invoice 60 days after your initial payment, or September 30th, whichever date comes first. Failure to pay balance within 5 business days will result in losing your spot and NO REFUND of previous payment will be issued.

Q) Do you offer a refund?
​
A) No, we do not. Putting on a production and event of this magnitude requires thoughtful planning and, in full transparency, a lot of money up front. We do, however, encourage you to try and sell or gift your ticket, as tickets can be transferred to another name. ONLY extenuating circumstances will be considered for refund or applied to a future BLOS event.​

Q) What is all included in the VIP Ticket?
​
A) We are so happy you asked!!! We want to have a ton of fun with you! 100 spots are open to this portion of the conference and girl, it will be anything but conference material. This is where the fun happens, the relationships build, and the connection magic will blow your mind!

Q) What is the dress code for the conference?
​
A) You just made the ultimate power move—investing in YOU. Now it’s time to dress for taking the stage, strutting your ambition and stepping fully into your power! If you want to pay homage to your Swiftie side, no one will cheer you on more than us!

Q) I am busy the day of the conference. Can I just purchase a VIP NIGHT ONLY TICKET?

A) YES.YOU.CAN! VIP ONLY tickets are listed upon checkout. Additionally, if you are only available to come to the conference portion, please purchase the GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET.

Q) I cannot believe how fun this sounds! Any chance I can stay at a nearby hotel to keep the party going from the VIP Party to the next day?
​
A) Of course! We would love for you to stay at a hotel nearby. In fact, we have a link to Willows Lodge that is just next door!

Q) Do you offer any type of group rate?
​
A) Normally we would say yes, but remember this year is a MEMBERS ONLY event, with a few exceptions. We assume there is a good chance your whole team is not already BLOS members. But there's no reason they shouldn't be.....If you'd like more information on membership, please check it out here!
