Their company provides tailor-made salon and spa suites to beauty professionals who offer hair, skin, nail, massage, and tattooing services. With an unwavering commitment to creating a culture of safety and security, ensuring a deep understanding of business operations and profit, and prioritizing opportunities for education and networking, Laycee is passionate about education, leadership, and team building. What do you get when you combine no social life, five years of college with honors, working full time, and taking nightly CPA exam prep classes? A very tired licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)!

I got my CPA license to open doors for me, give me new opportunities in my life, and set myself up for a strong successful career.

What I didn't realize was that I trained myself to grind, hustle, and be ok with sacrificing my well-being for a goal. 

While I am proud of my strong work-ethic, my strengths turned into a huge problem where I neglected myself and didn't have my priorities in order.

I reached burnout! 

I hit a point where my body couldn't handle the hustle anymore, so I had to reevaluate my priorities and fall in love with a new type of hustle. 

Now I use what I’ve learned to help people just like you find peace of mind. I’ll show you how to prioritize yourself in an unselfish way, focus your time and energy, and find true fulfillment in your life. 

Why I Do It

Well-being is not a term I ever heard growing up. Society led us to believe that you must hustle, work hard, and sacrifice yourself to accomplish your goals. Seeing my family struggle inspired me to find a new way to be successful. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself hitting burnout in my early 30s.

Once I was on the other side of burnout, I realized that the methods I used could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework to make it happen. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create healthy success habits and a better life for themselves and their families.

Erin Ennis was born and raised Lynnwood, WA – Big hair and stinky perfume. Erin owns a business that is predominantly male, @energyexteriorsnw At Energy Exteriors NW, they specialize in window, door and siding replacement project – their goal is to continue to grow as a company that offers product and services that improve client’s homes (health and value) with the best customer service and no harsh pressure sales. Her staff is a strong team of dedicated people with varying years of experience and work together well. Her personal and business goals are to create a work life balance and to continue give back and serve others in the community through volunteering. She is involved with Camp Fire and Habitat for Humanity… and as some of you may know, she is a lifelong supporter of Clothes for Kids, as her mother is who started it! Professionally, Erin hopes to become more of an advocate for the trades and encourage younger people to get involved in the industry of construction; maybe even offer an internship program to support this goal. Her hobbies include cooking, furniture restoration, home decorating projects and crafts, watching the Seahawks and spending time with my husband, children, family and friends!
