Meet Our 2023 VIP AMBASSADOR Christie Thompson - Arbonne Regional Vice President.


Christie is a Regional Vice President through Arbonne, "the number one global brand for healthy living, inside and out". Christie has spent the last 4 years building her business, alongside a full-time career for the first year and a half, until it became something she could do as her Plan A, instead of her Plan B. She’s been able to walk away from her 9-to-5 and truly live her passion by helping people in all facets of their life whether it be health and wellness, finances, building a community, and/or personal growth, all through Arbonne.

As a part of our interview series, I’m thrilled to introduce to you our amazing Ambassador who is going to share with us a little bit about her personal business as well as some insights that many of us businesswomen may find very valuable.

1. Tell us about your business:

2. What type of services do you offer?

3. How long did it take you to find success?

"I promoted to the first level of management within the first two months of my business, and was able to walk away from my traditional 9-5 after promoting to Regional Vice President, 20 months in to my business".






4. How might someone start in this industry?


"To begin in this industry, I’d suggest experiencing the culture of a particular company and team first and foremost. The Arbonne community is not duplicated anywhere and I think finding the right fit for you is the top priority. Second, I’d say is research the company’s system. How do they go to market, how much help and training do they have and does the company only put value in you if you are buying and succeeding or, loving you where you are at. Third, search your heart and pray, if you are nervous but feel a tug…jump in with both feet and learn as you go! And don’t listen to the nay-sayers! There will always be those around trying to drag you back down to mediocrity".

5. What inspired you to get into the work that you’re doing?


"It was never my dream of being in network marketing and I had all the excuses of why I wouldn’t succeed, but it has truly been the vehicle to get me to what I’ve wanted all along! When I reluctantly and skeptically tried the 30- Days to Healthy Living and saw the results, I had never experienced with any other lifestyle or program I had tried, I knew this was different. I knew others needed to know this existed, and for those like me who thought they’d tried everything, they probably had not tried this. After helping my first client and feeling their excitement, I quickly grew a passion for helping and serving others".


6. When you need support for decision-making in your career, who do you go to or what do you do?


"Every morning I start my day with personal quiet time when I pray, journal and visualize. That helps bring ideas to mind and helps put the day ahead of me into perspective.

I lean a lot on my mentor, Ashley and my accountability partner, Noel. They always have my back but know when to push me too. Additionally, I have a business coach and I also learn a ton from my team and local networking friends like those in BLOS. I’m inspired by so many of you and I am always learning how to be and do better".

7. What motivates you to keep working hard?

My 3 biggest WHY’s for doing this business now:

  1. Fully fund my late brother’s scholarship program

  2. Help save thousands of children from sex trafficking thru O.U.R. organization

  3. Help 100+ Moms promote to VP level in Arbonne giving them freedom and choices that I know so many are praying for.

8. Do you have any particular goals you wish to achieve in 2023?


"My goal in 2023 is to help 3 others promote to Regional Vice President and earn their Mercedes Benz car bonus representing hundreds of others lives changed".

"A portion of every dollar that comes into my business goes to the two important charities on my heart and it's my goal in 2023 to give at least $20,000 to them!"


9. What does your family think of what you do for work? Or maybe more accurately, what do they think you do for work?


"My family has become an 'Arbonne Family'. The whole family uses and loves multiple Arbonne products daily. My kids (7 and 3) think my job is going to parties and helping people. Kylie asks all her friends to have their Moms “do Arbonne” so they can earn the vacations and go on trips with us. They both love doing LIVES with me and they have a dance party each time an Arbonne box shows up on our doorstep".

10. What advice would you give to someone who just started a business?


"I’d say jump in and decide what consistency level you can commit to…and stick to it, even on the hard days. Be extremely coachable and willing to take steps outside your comfort zone…that is where growth exists! Never quit on a bad day. Close the back door and attach yourself to your upline’s hip. Success is out there waiting but most won’t push through the adversity to see it. Know its all just a test to see how badly you really want it.

And trust me, ITS SO WORTH IT!"
